Process Model with Quality Control for the Production of High Quality Linked Open Government Data

چکیده
Governments worldwide have invested resources in publishing open data to promote new business and services transparency accountability of public policies. However, due different factors, such as file formats information granularity, these end up informational silos, without having additional value besides what is contained the itself. The linked technology supports addressing this sort problem, providing principles - based on Web standards connect distributed heterogeneous sources. Nevertheless, studies literature shown that perception quality around datasets low, impacts consumption reuse by society. In work, we propose a model process which embeds control activities (verification validation) during process. We adopted Design Science Research (DSR) methodology conceive assess method, using an illustrative case study. A assessment framework was applied studys results were compared others literature, showing improvement overall quality, through selected metrics.
